Date: June 22, 2013                                                         Time: 9:00am EST (USA)

Robert McKenna, MD, is Director of Hematopathology at the University of Minnesota.  Dr. McKenna’s career focus has been diagnostically-oriented, and he is regarded to have considerable expertise in bone marrow and lymph node morphology.  Over the years Dr. McKenna has been invited to speak nationally and internationally on the standards by which we diagnose plasma cell neoplasms.  In 2008, he was asked to be the senior author on “Plasma cell neoplasms” in the WHO Classification of Tumours of Haematopoietic and Lymphoid Tissues, a text which nearly all the world’s pathologists reference for diagnostic consensus standards. GoPath is pleased to have such a monumental diagnostically influenced hematopathologist speaking in our Ongoing Web Lecture Series.
